Having strong hands and a powerful grip is misunderstood and undervalued by most wrestlers.

Remember, everything passes through your hands in wrestling. The stronger your hands, the stronger your holds will be.

The stronger your hands, the heavier weight you can handle, in turn, making you stronger.

The stronger your hands, the less likely your grip is to be a limiting factor in holding an opponent or finishing a move.
